Dual Heating System

This is Lyseon’s originally developed process to go
beyond limits of Hot Stamping material thinness “0.8mm”
on conventional Hot Stamping process.

With this new technology we are able to produce thickness that has never been achieved before such as 0.5, 0.6 & 0.65 mm.
This creates a whole new category of possible part and reinforcement to increase safety, reduce weight and cost unifying multiple parts on a single component.
